Ethics Protocol?IRB or ethics committee approval number. Required for academic research involving human participants.

Duration (min)?Estimated completion time shown to participants before they begin. Minimum: 1 min.

Anonymous?No identifying information is collected. Responses cannot be linked to individuals. Pseudo-anonymous?Responses are coded (e.g. participant IDs) but not directly identified. Codes could in principle be re-linked.

Show progress bar?Displays a page-completion indicator. Recommended for 5+ pages — reduces drop-off by showing participants how far they are. Allow back navigation?Lets participants return to previous pages. Disable for time-sensitive assessments or when re-evaluation of earlier answers must be prevented. Include question order?Records the actual display order per session. Required when "Randomize question order" is enabled — needed to reconstruct the stimulus sequence during analysis.
